USER STEPS
WASH
Thoroughly wash the She PowHer cup with soap and water before insertion.
FOLD
Choose a fold that works for you as per the user guide and video below
INSERT
Relax and insert the She PowHer Cup. Pinch the base of the cup and twist it to open.
REMOVE
After 6 – 12 hours, gently pinch the ribbed stem of the She PowHer cup and slowly remove it over the toilet.
REPEAT
OPTIONAL STEP
She PowHer’s Cups have been designed with a ribbed stem. Simply trim the stem to a length that is comfortable for you! We recommend that you leave at least 0.6cm of the stem.
PLEASE NOTE:
There should be ZERO pain when inserting, removing and using the cup.
Your She PowHer menstrual cup will last up to 5 years with the correct use, cleaning and care due to the durability of the silicone material.
